Refunds/Returns

If there are any issues please get in touch with me and I will do my best to resolve any problems.

All sales are final but I stand behind all my items. If you have received an item that is defective, please contact me within 3 days of receiving.

Once defective item has been returned to me only then will I refund your money. Please be aware, the cost of shipping return is at the customers own expense. If the item is not defective as you have stated you WILL NOT receive a refund. If I do not receive the item, you WILL NOT receive a refund. You can open a claim with USPS. I’ve been scammed enough.

You have 4 days to mail off your item for a refund. After that, items can be replaced or exchanged, but there are no refunds. Please be timely.

Returns/Refunds part 2

You MUST provide me with tracking information to be eligible for a refund or return. Shipping WILL NOT be refunded.

To be eligible for a return, item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and with original packaging unless of course the item is defective. Contact me PRIOR to attempting to return any item. To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase and tracking information.

Scammers will be reported to Etsy and blocked.

Shipping Information

All orders are shipped through the USPS First Class mail and tracking will be sent to the email provided

Shipping time is between 1-2 weeks as of July 2021. Right now after I drop packages off I’ve noticed they are left unscanned for 2-4 days due to staffing issues.

Do not contact me regarding late packages around the holidays. I will not respond. Be patient and understand that things are hectic for everyone including us and postal workers

All international orders are shipped via USPS International First Class Mail Mail Delivery Service

I am not responsible for missing packages that show a delivery confirmation. I am also not responsible for damages caused by the postal service provider. You will have to file a claim with USPS.

Wrong Shipping Address Was Given

I AM NOT responsible for items sent to the wrong address. As I send you a reminder message when the item is first purchased to double check the address you’ve given me is the correct one. Message me with the correct address within 1-2 day for correction. I will message again before getting ready to ship your item

Should you not respond and your item has been shipped, you will have to either wait for it to “return to sender” or repurchase your item. I am not responsible for wrong addresses and you WILL NOT be refunded.

Should your item “return to sender” you WILL be in charge of repurchasing shipping. I am NOT responsible for covering shipping costs for wrong addresses provided

Cancellation

Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Last minute cancellation will be denied. Multiple canceled orders will also be denied. You don’t “accidentally” buy things repeatedly from the same shop different times.
Please double check your buying the correct items and do not waste my time with “accidental” orders. Scammers will be reported turned into Etsy.

Holiday Shipping

Holiday shipping it opening up October 15 and the last day to ship for a better chance of your packages making it in time for the holidays is November 25. International shipping is still closed until further notice. If anything changes I will let you know but as of now I will not be shipping anything international.
Please understand that even with these dates packages will be delayed! Any orders placed after Nov. 25th I will not guarantee it will make it in time for Christmas!
Insane delayed are happening with USPS please give your items time to arrived and check your tracking number!

Please understand that once I ship a package and provide you a tracking number, it is out of my hands. If there are issues you MUST contact your USPS! Packages have been taking longer to arrive as it is and will be taking even longer the closer we get to the holidays!
